We do also securely store some paper records relating to your booking with us and these
are retained and safeguarded for 6 years after your event in order to comply with our legal
obligations, tax authority regulations and business accounting purposes.
In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable
physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we
collect online and store as paper records.
Sharing your personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have
your permission or are required by law to do so.
Controlling the use of your data
If you have given us consent to use your data for a particular purpose you can revoke or
vary that consent at any time. If you do not want us to use your data or you would like
confirmation of what personal information we hold relating to you, you can write to us at the

We adopt a Social Media Policy to ensure that we conduct ourselves accordingly online.
While we do have official profiles on social media platforms, users are advised to verify the

Clients & Guests captured in photographs

natural person”. Whilst taking photographs at your event, Euphorix Mobile Disco will never
photograph an individual as a means of unique identification or authentication unless
consensually contracted to do so. Guests at events appear in photos taken by Euphorix
Mobile Disco as a part of the visual recording of the event in photos and videos. Guests
captured in portraits or in group photos do so as part of the event and their rights are
In terms of explicit GDPR compliance, our clients and their guests are photographed within
the parameters of GDPR legislation on the basis of ‘legitimate interests’. The taking of
photographs of clients and their guests when viewed as a form of processing personal data
is necessary for the legitimate interests of Euphorix Mobile Disco as we offer a
complimentary photography service and publish such photos in order to allow clients and
their guests a platform on which they can be viewed and downloaded and also to promote
our business. This will apply unless there is a good reason to protect a given individual’s
personal data in order to promote our business and which overrides those legitimate
Operating within the parameters of legitimate interests as laid out in GDPR legislation, the
event and the degree to which it would distract us from performing our job renders it
infeasible to do. Our clients are therefore requested in their booking contract to direct their
advance with any concerns around the processing of their personal data, namely being
photographed or videoed.
Display of images
We may display any photographs or videos taken to promote Euphorix Mobile Disco on this
website, our social media platforms, on disco related websites, in advertising, brochures,
magazine articles and other such material, providing that the images used are used lawfully
and without damage to Euphorix Mobile Disco’s clients and their guests. The rights of the
people captured in these photographs are protected by Euphorix Mobile Disco as detailed in
Withdrawal of consent
Anyone photographed by Euphorix Mobile Disco, whether a client or guest, and whether
past or current may withdraw consent for a photograph in which they appear to be displayed.
The process for this is to e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org specifying the
photo or video in question. Pursuant to the request, Euphorix Mobile Disco will then remove
the photo or video from online and printed display wheresoever it appears.
